Fabric Test
Before production, tissue damage that may occur during weaving on fabrics is determined with special technological devices. The test data of the rolled fabrics whose tests are completed are processed on the LABORATORY BALL CONTROL CARD and sent to production.
Fabric Steam Test
Viscose fabrics are put into the test with a steam machine and the shrinkage of the test fabric is determined.
Fabric Cutting
The fabric is laid with an automatic machine. Then it is sent to the robotic cutting machine. The cut fabrics are stacked and shipped to sewing.
Emboidery and Grinding
Sewing
With our expert staff, the sewing process is monitored with the special software we have developed and the production performance is maximized. A production capacity evaluation report is created by recording the working performance of each personnel during the working hours. This report is analyzed and the next production planning is started.
Quality Control
Ironing and Packing
The products that pass the quality control are carefully ironed at the last ironing stage, labeled and packaged and made ready for shipment.
