With the production tracking and planning system we have developed in-house, every stage of production is kept under control. Personnel production performance is automatically calculated during working hours and transferred to the system. The data output obtained is analyzed at the next production stage and planning is made to increase efficiency.

Productivity Tracking

Staff performances are instantly reflected on LCD screens on each production line. Thus, personnel productivity is kept at the highest level. The productivity tracking program automatically calculates the personnel productivity and transfers it to the system. Efficiency report related to the work they have done is given to each personnel at the end of the production.

Productivity Control

At this stage, the productivity report transferred to the system before and the productivity report of the ongoing production are compared on the basis of personnel. The best production performance is calculated by determining the difference between production amount, production speed and working times.
